information of which the charitable company’s auditor
is unaware;and
4 thetrusteeshavetakenallstepsthattheyoughtto
have taken as Trustees to make themselves aware of
any relevant audit information and to establish that
the charitable company’s auditor is aware of that
information.
The trustees are responsible for the maintenance and
integrity of the corporate and financial information
included in the charitable company’s website.
Legislation in the United Kingdom governing the
preparation and dissemination of financial statements
may differ from legislation in other jurisdictions.
In approving the Report of the Trustees, the trustees are
also approving the Strategic Report in their capacity as
company directors.
